Return Policy

1. Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for return under any circumstances:

• Electrical parts
• Customized products
• Engine replacement parts

2. Returnable Items All returnable items must be sent back in their original packaging and in unused condition. Returns must be shipped to our designated return center:

3. Return Window All returns must be initiated within 15 days of the original purchase date. Returns requested beyond this period will not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping Costs

• If the return is for an exchange or store credit, Enduroxplanet will cover the return shipping cost.
• For all other returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping expenses.

5. Warranty Claims All warranty-related issues must be addressed directly with the respective manufacturer. While we are happy to assist with warranty claims, these transactions are handled by the manufacturer and are not covered under our Return Policy.

6. Closeout and Discounted Purchases

• Closeout Items: All sales on closeout items are final and are not eligible for return.
• Discounted Items: Purchases made using a discount code or on special promotions are eligible for return but will not be eligible for a cash refund. Instead, store credit will be issued.
